At Clear Properties, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of all data we hold about you at any time.
What Data We Store
When you interact with Clear Properties (including through Facebook Lead Ads), we may store:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Property enquiry details and preferences
- Facebook Lead Ad form submissions (name, phone, email, and additional form fields stored as metadata)
- Site visit history and communication logs
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, you can use any of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to ravishandoo@hotmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number associated with your account
- A brief statement requesting data deletion
Option 1B: Phone / WhatsApp Request
You can also submit a deletion request via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98102 06248.
Option 2: Facebook
If you submitted data through a Facebook Lead Ad, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "Clear Properties" in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access and request data deletion
What Happens After Deletion
- We will process your request within 30 days
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
- This includes lead data, enquiry history, and any Facebook-sourced information
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial records)
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
